FURNITURE

  1. Delivery Charges as applicable on respective Product shall be payable by the Customer at the time of placing the order.
  2. Product once delivered shall not be returned unless the Product is in damaged condition at the time of delivery. If the Product is found in damaged condition at the time of delivery the same shall be replaced free of cost.
  3. Customer shall properly check the product at the time delivery and as she/he accepts the delivery, NO return cases shall be entertained unless otherwise allowed by Clado.
  4. If customer does not accept the delivery of the product in circumstance other than as allowed by Clado, a Rental equivalent to one (1) month rental shall be deducted from the Refundable Deposit.
  5. Delivery Charges are not refundable to the Customer unless the cancellation is in accordance with the Cancellation Policy of Clado.
  6. Authorized Personnel from Clado shall intimate Customer before delivery and pickup to confirm the availability of the customer at the place of delivery.
  7. In case of multiple Products the Delivery Charges shall calculated as below:
        (a)    If number of Products ordered by Customer are less than 3, then the higher of the two Deliver Charges on the Products shall be payable.
        (b)     If number of Products ordered by Customer are equal to or more than 3, then the aggregate sum of two highest Delivery Charges on the Products shall be payable.
  8. The Products on which Delivery Charge is applicable, in such cases, if the order is deliverable above 3rd floor and there is no service lift with a capacity to carry the Product, then Customer shall pay additional deliverable charge of Rs. 100 per floor for every floor above 3rd floor, payable at the time of delivery.
  9. Further, in cases Customer resides at a place where delivery is not possible, then Clado shall have a right to cancel the order and refund in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.


APPLIANCES

BIKES

  1. Delivery Charges as applicable on respective Product shall be payable by the Customer at the time of delivery of the Product. Such Delivery Charges include the cost of delivery and pick-up at the end of the Agreement.
  2. In case, where customer opts for delivery and does not fulfill any of the mentioned terms of the Agreement, then Clado has the right to cancel the order. In such case Clado shall deduct delivery charges from the Rental paid online and Refund the balance Rental to the Customer.
  3. Product once delivered shall not be returned unless the Product is in damaged condition at the time of delivery. If the Product is found in damaged condition at the time of delivery the same shall be replaced free of cost.
  4. Customer shall properly check the product for damages at the time delivery and as he accepts the delivery, no return cases shall entertained, unless otherwise allowed by Clado.
  5. If customer does not accept the delivery of the product in circumstance other than as allowed by Clado, a Rental equivalent to one (1) day rental shall be deducted from the Refundable Deposit.
  6. Delivery charges are not refundable to the Customer unless the cancellation is in accordance with the Cancellation Policy of Clado.
  7. Authorized Personnel from Clado shall intimate Customer before delivery and pickup to confirm the availability of the customer at the place. Customer is bound to take the delivery/pickup on the time so decided. Otherwise, rent will start from the time so decided.
  8. In case of multiple Products the Delivery Charges shall calculated as below:
        (a)    If number of Products ordered by Customer are less than 3, then the higher of the two Deliver Charges on the Products shall be payable.
        (b)     If number of Products ordered by Customer are equal to or more than 3, then the aggregate sum of two highest Delivery Charges on the Products shall be payable.
  9. Further, in cases Customer resides at a place where delivery is not possible, then Clado shall has a right to cancel the order and refund in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.
  10. A Customer can also opt for pick-up from Clado’s specified location. In such case no Delivery Charge shall be applicable. All the expenses of transport to return the Product to premises as stipulated by Clado shall also be borne by the Customer.
  11. If the Customer fails to complete the tenure for any reason then he/she must make their own arrangement for transportation lodging and motorcycle return to the office or the specified pick-up location at his/her own cost. Any recovery or salvage expenses for returning the motorcycle to the Clado will be charged to the Customer account or deducted from the Refundable Deposit.
