FURNITURE

  1. Company shall call the customer a week before the termination of the contract to know the date and time slot suitable for the pickup. 
  2. The customer shall assist the company's representatives to uninstall the product in all possible manner if required. 
  3. Product shall be taken back to the company's warehouse and post proper inspection of the product for the damage, refundable deposit shall be initiated to the customer's bank account.
  4. Refundable deposit subsequent to deduction of damages (if any) shall credit to customer's bank account in 3-5 working days from completion of inspection. 
  5. In case damages are ascertained during inspection, customer will be intimated for the proportionate deduction of the amount for the damage.

BIKES

  1. Company shall on expiry of tenure and on intimating the customer shall pick up the product or if the customer opts for pickup then he shall return the product at the specified location as intimated by Clado.
  2. Refundable deposit subsequent to proper inspection and deduction for damages, if any, shall be credited to customer's bank account in 3-5 working days from completion of inspection.
  3. In case damages are ascertained during inspection, customer will be intimated for the proportionate deduction of the amount for the damage. 
  4. If damage cost ascertained by Clado exceeds refundable deposit, then the refundable deposit will be forfeited. Customer is liable to pay the deferential cost.
